Kent Services is looking for hospitality minded individuals to join our New York ranks as Concierge and/or Door Person.
Requirements :
A drive to interact with others.
Previous experience working in as a concierge/door person or in a professional high end customer service environment is required.
Willing to greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all visitors.
Duties:
Greeting residents and visitors.
Provide resident services including but not limited to: package handling and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be capable of performing duties in a professional manner.
Must be able to work mornings, nights and weekends.
